King Richard III, Pre-War Wensleydale Recipe
Handmade on the farm, to a pre-war recipe. The only Cheese of its type left in the World. The best by a long way, bought at a few days old (it looks and feels like Cottage Cheese), and matured for up to four months.
Cornish Yarg, Garlic Leaf
Handmade on the Duke of Cornwall’s Estate. A semi-hard cheese coated in Garlic Leaves. Matured for at least six weeks until the leaves have begun turning White.
Hereford Hop
A full fat Cow’s Milk Cheese coated in edible Hops.
Ribblesdale Smoked Goats Cheese
Arguably the best smoked Goat’s Cheese.
Somerset Brie
Made by the Lubborn Cheese Company, Crewkerne, Somerset. A popular English Brie.
Yorkshire Blue
Made by the Shepherds Purse Cheeses in Thirsk, from 1005 Yorkshire Cow’s Milk. Yorkshire Blue is a mild, soft, creamy Blue vine Cheese. The recipe has been developed to give the Cheese a unique buttery/sweet flavour with no sharp bite. Made from pasteurised Milk and vegetarian Rennet.
